Can I purchase accessible tickets online? 

Venues decide where their tickets can be sold and sometimes may decide to sell their accessible tickets themselves. When this happens, we’ll point you in the right direction to get the tickets you need.

Where venues have asked us to sell accessible tickets, we use a booking validation process. This means that within 72 hours of an order, we ask that you submit your accessibility requirements via ‘My Account’ on the Ticketmaster site or app. You only need to do this once as the information is stored securely for all future purchases.

How many accessible tickets will there be to buy?

The venue decides how many accessible tickets will be available for an event and where they will be located.
